At Govan Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’ve made returns and refunds as simple as possible.
Returns
- You can return any item within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags intact).
- To start a return, get in touch via the contact form with your order number and details of the item you’d like to send back.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund as soon as possible. Dependent on your bank, refunds should be received within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
- You’ll be notified once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
- Because we’re a sustainable print-on-demand business, we don’t hold large amounts of stock. That means traditional exchanges aren’t possible.
- If you need a different size or style, the quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. This helps us cut down on waste and only produce what’s really needed.
- If you’re unsure about sizing, check our size guides before you order, it’ll save you the hassle and help us stay sustainable.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error with your order.
- If the product is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover all costs and make it right.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- We stand by the quality of our gear. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email us straight away with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it quickly, either with a replacement or a full refund.
